Someone might be so close to retirement, and it may be what they plan until media is sent. Then surely people that know them may know it's fake but, I don't know they seem pretty convincing.

actually, that is a wonderful plan. It allows those who are ready to go, a 14 month head start cushion. It did me!

I have no idea if they are or not, but if WIM actually is cutting that deep there's zero hope for the rest of us. What an S show. Guess I'll just keep waiting for my severance.

Riiiiight! Reality is WIM managers have been ordered by senior leadership to evaluate all roles & look for overlap. If it’s not a 9 or 10 licensed job they want it out of WIM. No overlap of processes with other depts. if it overlaps it gets moved or eliminated. Managers are having meetings currently to justify positions & processes.
