Sure you did grandpa, time for your applesauce. Go get you another cup of coffee and hide in your truck. I’m sure you can milk that one or two tickets all day like you normally do.
A group of us are sitting around talking about VTP and how and why it's happening. We agreed that those who talk trash about VTP have no idea how it works or why it benefits the company to use VTP as a tool to shed high seniority union workers. Of course it's like winning the lottery for workers to get the VTP too! So it's a win/win/win deal. Glad i didn't accept a low level management job when I had that opportunity. I get much better benefits, work less hours and have much less stress than my manager and with a little overtime when I want, I make just as much money. And my termination pay is two years pay versus my boss only gets six months.
Funny how the apparent non-employees negativity comment - because real internal employees would be able to have access to actual info showing the ongoing VTP offers happening for CWA workers.
