Why? When's the last time you can truly say we got something useful from a town hall? I can't even remember.

I just about gagged when Sarah mentioned the great work the fraud, waste, abuse team (SIU) is doing. The SIU is led by the most fraudulent, wasteful, abusive leader in Compliance (RV Christa). In the one year she's been at Centene, she's wasted MILLIONS by creating jobs for friends and allowing them to hire their friends.
@ay we just got an email for our progress check point self evaluation which is an absolute joke! 🖕🏻 No way I EVEN care when I could be let go at any point! No thanks
A LOT of words without saying a damn thing!!! My entire staff hates them because it is a complete waste of time!!! AND most of my staff are now refusing to complete the surveys because they are also a waste of time!!! All of the self evaluations are now being done with AI because Centene encouraged my staff to use AI to write them. One of my staff actually asked me what the point of doing a self eval when the company can just use AI to write them all themselves!!!! I can't wait for Leaders to be told that AI went thru all of the self and manager evals and determined what the appropriate raise/bonus levels should be and we are just being notified vs actually being allowed to do them. This is where this company is headed......I honestly see a lot more Leaders being let go between Jan-Mar once they figure out how top heavy teams are now that VSP and ISP is over. Sad 😭
Call out sick for the day, any time a Town Hall is scheduled.
It sends a subtle message, when done as an individual.
It sends a very clearly not so subtle message, when done collectively, en masse.

Seeing as how we never really get anything out of these Townhalls, I kind of wish we could at least have these in person, where the Executives are dancing up on a stage with ponchos on and we employees in tje audience can throw tomatoes and eggs at them! At least it would make it fun!

I get something useful every time. Don't get me wrong, I never attend them, but it opens up that time for me to focus on personal interests.
