Was talking to a HR consultant yesterday. Was absolutely blown away when she told me every 2nd CV she is seeing is either current or ex PayPal employee. And they are coming from junior, middle and senior level employees. What in the world is happening. It seems except Enrique and his cronies, everyone is jumping the ship.

Wow, Enrique is ki-ling this company and he’s got no plan to execute going forward.
Of course, the writing is on the wall. You see coworkers being laid off or move on their own, reorg after reorg with leadership having no clear plan or any innovative ideas.
At this point anyone not applying somewhere else is just waiting for vest and severance.
Who wants to work for a company that isn’t growing? The company is worth less and less everyday. It’s literally at all time lows and still going lower each day.
