I currently work on the Medicare side, just went through teams/email organization tree to see what impact 9/4 had. All of inside sales were wiped out, and field sales are very few. What changes have you noticed in your department?

How sh---y a company must be to publish hundreds of new open FTE roles just a week after a mass layoff. What a lame, sad and cruel management there is. They don't even start to imagine the toll this has taken over morale and loyalty.
I'm in AZ and the silence of leaders NOT talking about VSP/ISP or even acknowledging the good people who have left is shocking. Pretending and repeating "just do your job, business as usual" is a slap in the face. We became just another number and not a human overnight it seems. AZ leadership also claims "We know nothing of the Alorica or Cognizant deal" really? So I can read about it in the news almost daily, but we know nothing? It's a sad time and the bad behavior ignored at the company, the tripling of time it now takes to get anyone to do anything correctly, and the destroying of our morale over AI because "it's the new big thing" is disgusting and I'm embarrassed to have given 32 years of my life to this shi**y healthcare system and 2 years of it to Centene.
@as that stinks! Don’t stress yourself out over it! It’s not your fault so keep doing the best but going above and beyond with the company gets you nowhere!
