Rumor CSM are causing more issues in Support and are no longer needed. Most of them don't know process and are not technical.

OP, you know there is a difference between hear and here? Don't make a simple mistake like that in your resume or during interviews. Spell check won't catch it because you spelled it correctly but it was the wrong word...
