I’ve heard two people suggest another RIF will occur. Curious bit anyone else has heard anything. One person mentioned December.

@f5 they always treated Ashburn and Plano as one site, so could easily be the reorg over to MSL is cause to consolidate. Or they want to move all of it to Camden, AR or another MSL site

This layoff was planned before CKs departure. Some engineers that were ready to retire were offered opportunities to be on the layoff list in early July.
@a1 you need to really “hear” about a public company’s financial situation. 10k and quarterly results are required by law and L3’s financials are in a great spot. All this turmoil is a result of new leadership wanting to make their immediate mark/impact on the company, for better or for worse. They are trying to shut down Waco and half of Greenville
So a lot more are coming in the next six months
Plano just got notified mid 2027 all will be relocated

Sms rif was yesterday. No word on the number. Officially informed via manager. Florida not affected.

I heard there was more today cause they couldn't do the full number in one cycle. Again this could just be noise post layoff. But no leadership has come out saying its over either.
People are saying the company is not financially stable. The reason they put unqualified folks in like Barnes and Aebeli are because they’ll likely sell off parts of the company. Get out while you can
