Voyix finance is always hiring…no accountability or performance meritocracy exists anywhere so no consequences if you are bad at your job in NCRv (esp. finance and sales😂)

The writing is on the wall for NCR Voyix. The cannot compete with the other up and coming POS systems in any of the ways that matter for their business model. They know it and cannot do anything about it other than try the same old Fortune 500 executive playbook. No creativity. No vision. Just top down cr-ppy management
This new Voyix executive leadership team is truly useless. They love to hear themselves talk on the all hands. They do not take employee questions. They are not transparent when it comes to RIFS. Now, it doesn't matter if you're in the US, Serbia, India, Cebu or any other country. All employees are fair game to get cut on a whim regardless of your tenure, education, skillsets, or going above and beyond. Treat this place for what it is, NCR is a 100+ year old company that has constantly been going down. They never were innovative. Other newer companies are taking our customers awary (Toast).
Do your 8 hour shift, take your earned breaks, take an hour lunch, and don't give anything more than that. They want a cheap labor factory, so be it. You get what you built and pay for. Can someone please ensure all executives get their 2026 bonuses and promotions as soon as possible.
