Sorry I'm late to posting. I'm the same person who shared OIM database activity from the last RIF. Just seeing the anxiety here is making me sick and sorry for everyone affected. The last detail I can add is that additions to the enqueue table have seemed to stop. Not saying there won't be any more additions, but the activity in that enqueue table which is triggered during these RIFs has stopped. I hope those affected will be alright. Please rest and take care of yourself.

@ef Edit to my post...checked FAQ and Identity Assurance is required for all US AND INDIA employees. And the US states exempted are Texas, Colorado, and Illinois.
Is it possible this DLS thing is related to the new Identity Assurance biometric? Heard the deadline for employees to set that up was end of August. Maybe they queued everyone who a) was required to do it and b) hadn't enrolled in it as of the date when the OIM thing was added? As far as I know, it's required for US employees except for those in Texas and 2 other states (can't recall which states). Just a random/optimistic guess. Have them seen cut access to parts of system before if you don't complete some task, as a way to "motivate" compliance.

You might have some information. And what do you mean by next 48 hours as though Oracle is planning for a mass 30% layoff that's going to happen without any WARN filed in California and Washington?

Seems like most employees are showing Aegis in OIM (previously DLA) - based on conversations I don't know anyone that doesn't have this listed in their OIM in the US. That would make it most of the company being RIF'd - so it must mean someone in your org at some higher layer (could be very high I guess) is on the list? Who knows but this is exhausting!
On what basis are they doing these layoff because there are so many within the team offshore are not good technically: laying off people who re in USA doesn’t makes sense who are technically strong and good potential candidates . What is company gaining. Lot of candidates always a question , Why me.
Names are add and removed up to 12 hours before a RIF. This happens as HR checks and scrubs lists for EEO distribution. If the OIM updates have indeed stopped that would suggest the RIFs are close.

@OP hey are you saying the DLA is the enqueu effect?
Reading some of the comments on this site and it appears that there are a lot of clueless people who should be getting laid off.
If DLA is assigned under your name, you are on layoff list?
@a1 All layoffs have lists. These names get enqueued for deactivation. Layoffs are then initiated in mass to executing this enqueued list. I image they mean "stopped" means more names aren't being added to the list
The layoff hasn't started, so what do you mean by "stopped"?
