@xk Which is a crazy as the last two jobs I moved on to have Co-Pilot sitting there but not required to be used nor really talked about. It is essentially a case of "Use it if you want quick searches for whatever."
But there is no tangible use for it on a day to day basis.
The most use Truist will see out of Co-pilot are id--t senior leaders who have nothing better to do and offer no use to the team besides micromanaging.
@x1 He squandered millions on Copilot and has nothing to show for it.
How many outages did Hagerman cause over the last few weeks? AI pipe dreams won't save him.
@xb Has he done anything other than implement Copilot? If so, that's very trifling. Seems like he should have done more than that since joining the company. Especially at his big salary.

Spot on with the RMO “leadership”! We wouldn’t know if any of the “strategies” work because they don’t stick with one thing long enough to find out! BB is not strong in risk management and it shows.
He’s been in over his head since he got here. Doesn’t help that he put Wells’ rejects in key leadership roles. Can only fake it for so long when nothing of substance is actually being delivered. At least he got that lake house built! Whew!
I hope they rid of him and every "leader" under him. They are all mindless sloths
I'm not there anymore but I did enjoy the Q&A when a question sneaks in there where he gets so defensive and annoyed that someone would dare undermine is lofty ambitions lol
Running the org into the ground
With all the P1s and P2s going on, I can’t imagine his outlook is good.
Hagermans arm should be in a sling with shoulder issues from all the pats on the back he gives himself. He can sell his BS another year or so while claiming he hasn’t rooted out all the people fighting change. AI is a great tool, but you have to use it as a tool. In banking it is not replacing people at this point but if you use it properly it can make your job a lot easier. I will say you have to know your job to use it properly otherwise cr-p in, cr-p out!
