Do we know anything or are we shockingly safe for the foreseeable future?

Current employee here word is Overtime is not coming back unless the customer is willing to pay for it. Don’t buy unnecessary stuff because it’s going to be ruff to get OT without a valid reason now. I am salary and they want to cut our wages by 2% to save money. I am honestly looking for a way to get out good luck gents.
No more layoffs. People are just leaving and quitting.
I'm sure the official statement would be:
“At this time, there are no announced plans for further workforce reductions. As part of our normal business planning process, we continually evaluate staffing levels, organizational needs, and market conditions to ensure the business is appropriately resourced.”

100% safe for the foreseeable future. Additional layoffs have been unequivocally ruled out.
