Our agency missed 7 months in rolling 12, is the following statement from a previous post accurate?
"Agents that miss 7 months out of a moving 12 month measurement will get a 90 day terminaton notice in the 8th month."

@28d Thank you. I have been paying attention and have something in the works. Just wondered about the timeline, holidays, etc. My (unsuccessful) agent is a really good guy and has my loyalty until the end.
@20r There's a better than average chance your agency owner will get a 90 day termination notice within the next 30 days, If you're a reliable and honest LSP - there's a good chance multiple offers will come from other local agencies.
LSP here. Our agency just missed August, making it 7 months of rolling 12. I understand from other posts that we are not successful, but, what now? Can you please answer with facts and what the process is.
Think of it this way- your agency is a clown show if you can’t make the basic goal. If you miss 7 out of 12 months you have to ask yourself why are you even in the business?
Unfortunately...it's most likely coming.
