I’m grasping at straws here so take it easy on me in the responses please. I’ve noticed from reading posts on here that a few departments are having townhalls in August which is when RIF is allegedly supposed to occur. My department doesn’t have any townhalls scheduled until September after the initial VSP separation date and it’s 1 of those choose between 2 different dates type of meetings. I feel as though if we were laid off it would be 1 day only, the option to choose is making me feel as though we won’t be affected by RIF’s. This whole fiasco has been a disaster! I don’t want to dox myself but I work in PHCO.

@op Before I was laid off I still received all of the regular meeting invites, communications, etc. I wish I could tell you better news, but unfortunately that does mean anyone is safe. It’s all cloak and dagger with these people. If you are sincerely concerned about your job, I would start looking. You may actually find something that you like better in the meantime.
That doesnt mean anything. Its usually standard scheduled meetings. Invites go out to everyone, even those that will end up being part of the RIF .
@OP unfortunately it means nothing. Just like them sending out our annual compliance trainings that aren’t due until end of October. They will move as if nothing is happening. It doesn’t mean safety unfortunately.
@OP I don’t know but I’m also in PHCO.
The sad thing is none of know what is going to happen! I would never assume my job is safe, although some comments seem to think they are safe and maybe they are maybe they are the lucky ones. If you are, then I love that for you that’s great, but I would think nobody is safe . If not this month could be in the future.

@OP With this toxic Company, I truly don't believe that anyone is safe except SL & her cronies. My opinion.
