People leaders were just notified at 12:15 on 7/30/26 via email of employees that were approved for VSP.

@a5 how were you able to get an earlier last day?
@a5 I thought the earliest separation date was 9/4? Did you accept VSP or were you laid off?
I’m sorry, but what difference does it make if PL were notified, today, yesterday, a week prior or would be notified tomorrow?
To me, and this is just my opinion, notifying our PL about applying for the VSP should have been done when we applied. This is like giving our 2 weeks notice when resigning. I told my “on duty” leader when I applied as my PL was on vacation, and told them the day they got back. Ppl demand transparency but they are not transparent.
Some things can’t be said. So yea, sometimes PL need to keep their mouth zipped so they don’t get in trouble, and not because they are not transparent. Let’s all take down the pull-ups and pull up our big pants! God Lord!
Some PLs were notified of approvals earlier this week.
@a5 did they only give you one day notice? As I. They accepted it today and your last day is tomorrow?

This just confirms how raggedy this company is. Why would they tell them sooner?

@a8 Not sure why you are lying. I got the one for the people on my team earlier today. Except all my people told me when they applied except one that told me last week so no surprises for me.
@aa you had all this time to tell your PL. The sent the notice one day early. When you got your VSP acceptance it literally said on there to notify your PL right off. Be so for real right now.

@a8 this is definitely not a lie some PL were informed today . The list were sent out mid morning.
My PL called me today to let me know they found out about me taking the VSP. So much for being transparent and giving us a fake date of when PLs would be notified

PL will be told 7/31. NO PL has been told. Not sure why you'd lie about this.
For those on the Medicare side(Omni users) anyone know if severance will change… alot of us got separation date in March

@OP I told my people leader when I clicked on the "please, I'd like to be unemployed" button. I also told her right after I got the acceptance email and notified her of my very much in the future exit date
@OP I told my manager of my approval on Monday. I'm just curious if anyone else on my team took it.
