I know the hot topics are the VSP and layoffs, but does anyone know what the restructuring will look like.

@a2 Good luck to anyone working in Enterprise Compliance. It’s a total mean girls club. I don’t think there will be many health plan compliance people left either.
The restructuring is going to be handled once the vsp and everything else is done. It really depends on your dept and role. Some of the restructuring plans have been streamlined to my dept already . After aep and open season things really ramp up . Our department is taking a massive hit with vsp’s so they told us to wait for further information on how we are going to rectify this .
@OP looks like they’re downsizing the departments where VSP uptake was lower than expected, transferring employees to cover key roles left by those who did accept it, and laying off the rest. At this point, Compliance might be the only 'safe' department—and even that’s just an assumption based on their open job postings.
