I’ve seen a few people say they saw dates of 8/12-8/14 posted on the VSP faq page. I wasn’t eligible for VSP. My leadership said that they’re not aware of any dates nor details. Can someone confirm the VSP faq stating this or paste the Q and A?

Someone mentioned earlier that their PL said layoffs were happening regardless…….seems like everyones on the chopping block vsp or not
Yesterday the FAQ people affected by layoffs would be notified by 8/12/26. Today, it says mid-August. They literally changed it secretly.
I was told by Aug 12, by my PL
no dates published, but hearing August 12th-14th if targets were not met.
@OP I think these are the layoff dates someone mentioned on another post here.
Centene is offering the VSP now to proactively manage changes in the business while being transparent, remaining true to our culture and providing team members a voluntary option
first, before considering other actions. Following the VSP, we do expect that we will need to make further restructuring decisions, and we will expect to notify anyone whose role is impacted by mid-August.
There no dates shown! It only says Mid-August
