So does the vsp amount get updated if term date is for next year because the package has end date for this year

@OP Yes and per the FAQ if you’re bonus eligible and staying until March they are saying you will get bonus through the standard channel. SMH sure you will.
Yes depending on the separation date. Mine is Aug 2027 so my severance will recalculated till June 2027.
I got pushed out to March 2027. My email says that my benefits will be recalculated based on years of service, job level, and base pay as of 1/31/27
