@bb as every day goes by SMBC becomes less valuable. There isn’t a greater fool out there that will buy it at top dollar. We are not selling wine that gets better with age just sitting in a cellar.

It's a buyers market and Opentext said they won't be doing fire sale.

However they have debt that needs servicing by the start of 2027, so they might start getting itchy feet soon and except the lowball offers

@OP - likely not until 8/6 when they finances are presented for FY26 (good time for large announcements) or end of Q1 or Q2.
