What is the truth of the accelerated RSU vesting for those impacted in May? If it is for 2 months following notification while still on payroll, or beyond? I am curious to know as I feel like my number will be coming up soon and every little bit helps.

@ve um this was disclosed in the FAQs of the workforce transition guide. 1.0 is generous if those affected were low performers as everyone on here seem to believe and IPF was set by their leaders that tossed their name in the bucket.

If impacted will get bonus in September with everyone else though be prepared to have 1.0 IPF regardless of your performance.

Don’t ask me how I know, I just do.

@jp same time everyone else does. They still have to announce earnings, etc. and determine overall budget for bonuses.

I was in this round and just got payment this morning. My guess its a pending transaction with your bank and it has to clear. My credit union is always quicker to release deposits.

@e9 They cancelled out the RSUs but if you check again they should’ve added back the RSUs which were due to vest by the deadline of the accelerated vesting schedule.

I phoned employee support and was told 14 BUSINESS days from July 13

No money. RSU vesting (that was supposed to be honored) cancelled. And just spent over 2-1/2 hours and three different "people support" people on the phone trying to find out where to send a form that needs to be signed for my Medicare application to be processed. No answers ... but was hung up on at the end of their "local time zone" day. What a C** F. Yes, venting.

No! And no, don't go asking your friend for money cause you know they already got another role, just ignore my new ride....

apparently since 75% of those initially impacted were transitioned into internal roles in core areas of AI, silicon, and hyper scaler networking, the 25% have to wait until the end of FY26 layoffs are announced so stock price can jump to exit the long position.

I recall seeing a statement of “generally within 14 days”

Your severance will most likely arrive around Friday, July 31, 2026, but the signed
agreement allows processing through approximately Friday, August 7, 2026.

At least that is what codex told me based on the documents in my LR folder :)
