@1as Real mastery is to get both, the package and new job right after you leave that rotting comp. (Needs grand fkng luck on timing). Then you save the severance and fancy real relaxing month (of summer) before you have next start.
@1ap It's the lazy way. Find a new job and leave. So just sit there and be miserable? Let you skillset weaken while you cry about working at Kyndryl? TF?
@159 It’s the smart way. Of course any employer would prefer you just leave. Attrition is far cheaper for them.
@157 I’m soooo waiting for the package, you have no idea. Package… so I can finally kick back and relax for a bit
@15s That day in February when the stock went from $23 to $11. . . big iceberg hit.
@13t i think we have already hit the ice berg and are sinking!
@157 This is the lazy way.
@14k nah, wait for the package.
@13t yea, it's sad to see people concerned about their jobs at the big K. Do something. You should've done something a long time ago. Don't let your family down for being lazy.
@j7 snap out of your comfort bubble and wake up- all the signs are there you are a 3rd class passenger buried deep in the bowels of the titanic. Captain Schroeter is 2 seconds away of hitting the iceberg
@nv those are being offshored to India
What about B10s in delivery roles (PE/DPE)? Any signals for this level folks?
Take this as a warning? The warning lights and sirens have been on! What are you waiting for?
@ef where is the evidence of this? I know many band 9s and I can’t imagine them all being shown the door
I haven't come across any PMs with technical knowledge. Not sure why you'd need a band 9 to schedule meetings and take notes.
@a4 All B9 PMs will be released and replaced by B8
Can you provide detail
