@30p Great question, I’d like to know as well. If the MN remote workers have to be back in office Nov2, seems it would make sense to delay RIF to see how many fail to comply (and get let go).
On the other hand, I would REALLY like to know what, if anything, happens to employees that don’t meet quarterly RTO requirements. Also, what if a remote employee just says, on Nov 2, “I am not returning to office.” Stand-off?
@2x3 how do you know first week of August? Is it every BU across the entire enterprise?

Talks are started already, like optimizing layers, span of control etc. Many managers are on the risk of RIF in Aug. Anyone has any further information?
Any update on this? I heard it started July 15 in R&D and will go through Aug 15.
