Yesterday judge allowed lawsuit to advance against Fiserv. Massive F*up by DW under his Product watch!!!! And, he gets to keep his job!!? So motivating to work for Fiserv promoting these losers!

@er I’m nowhere close to this drama but I’m definitely following along from a safe distance as I’m jobless. I can’t imagine the stress you guys are under. If you’re this close to DS and DW I’m curious as to who OP really is? Either way, I hope you’ll don’t suffer more. @ek I am fine and yes I am knee deep in this Dud-mess. It’s disgusting to see people like him lie and cheat their way at Fiserv while the rest of us suffer. He never responds to anyone other than Divya and she is too stupid to see and admit she has the wrong guy. He will help her fail even more

@cw Its all temporary. He is not used to working much between his family obligations, church/minster duties and general laziness, Fiserv is a side hustle for him. He lies to everyone - clients, MC, associates and does it so smoooooth.
I see DW finally burning the midnight oil. Looks like someone finally lit a fire under —- though at this rate, they might need a bigger 🔥just to keep up with the smoke and mirrors.
The Dud-mess is indeed bulletproof. Doesn’t break a sweat, comes and goes as he wants. Takes family on his work trips. Yep, Dud is coasting on Fiserv dollars. MC is too blind or scared to fire his fat back end

DW has been failing upwards his entire tenure at Fiserv and ensures he is either surrounded by yes men or folks who just don’t want to stir the pot to stop his radical tirade of lies to the clients and then his total lack of involvement to any promises for follow up.
Man! I wish I had DW’s luck in life. He says I’m bulletproof, nothing to lose. Fire away fire away.

We have lawsuits coming from everywhere. There are massive lawsuits from the stock tanking. Frank fraudulently lied about Clover growth on his way out by counting conversions as new business artificially inflating growth. I can’t believe they haven’t made us amend our financials. Mike Lyon was just the scapegoat to this train wreck. He walked right in like a su---r. Frank played his a**.
