I got laid off today also. Will also miss the people but more feel sorry for them given they already were overworked with management thinking they were slacking for not getting everything done. They'll only look worse on the performance metrics charts now.
I now have to look out for myself rather than helping them out while I'm still here but not helping others is the market culture we have. Everyone for themselves.
