Who is eligible for a yearly bonus. Doesn’t seem very clear. I am getting the the feeling it’s only for upper management employees.

@rw Their strategy is to drive away key talent in a church as long as possible for a next quarter payoff. How else do you think the average competence is so low compared to most of tech?

@pe Saves the company another 2-3% on payroll for Q2. They're nickle and diming us.
Have raises been communicated? I am in the CAPS group and have gotten nothing. Manager finally told me they are being moved to a July timeframe. Is that real or smoke?
Grade 11 and higher
This year only those grade 10 and below got a raise
