You're not getting more engineering talent in a company wanting to use AI. That's not developing anything.
And if I get invited to any corporate fútbol I am intentionally sending people to the hospital. I have the age advantage to end that rq. If you want absurd hours triple the 9-5 folks' rate, with 1.5 for weekend/holidays. You arent getting that for free.
