@a8 There will be no invite from your manager. Emails will be sent out on Tuesday morning informing RIFd employees that their positions have been eliminated. Access will be completely shut off by the early afternoon for those who have been laid off.

Yes - you get a FedEx in the morning with your layoff notice and exit package. You are required to sign an agreement that you will not sue the company in order to get the exit package.
You'll receive a random meeting invite from your manager, or if he or she's on the RIF list, from their manager, normally titled something like "Business update" or something equally non-commital. After that, access to Slack, etc will either be terminated immediately or after a stated period (depending on where you are in the world).

Someone I know got a text today from FEDEX advising them of a package coming from Oracle BEFORE advisement of RIF. That's a sure sign of something.
