I don't think there's much to lose and there's certainly plenty to gain.

I'm not sure if the C in C Suite stands for Charlatan, ConArtist, Crook, Cheat, Clown or ClueLess as noted below, but would agree that there is nobody at that level which is much concerned with the bank's employees or their career paths or objectives anymore.
