The trend has been that the actual term date is the last day of the month following notification date.
Are they paying you through February, or was 1/29 the notification AND termination date?

Being laid off su-ks, but that’s a pretty good kicker along with severance.
Last day of work was 1/29. Will be paid through the end of March. Then severance starts. So there is basically a 60 day notification period.
