After working for this company for over 30 years. I plan to have a lot of FAMILY time during this period.

I feel bad, been in the company for 15+ years and I've ensured that each month I'm not owed any hours.
They're not a charity, if they need more resource they can pay for more. And my approach won't be changing going forward with so many gaps.
