I have been having nightmares since the news broke out, Not able to focus, moral is low, zero motivation to do anything. Not willing to put in any effort until I know my fate next week. I mean whatever happens happens but next couple of days are going brutal!

It’s a hard time to be sure. Make contingency plans as best you can. Stay positive as the odds are you won’t be laid off. And, although we can’t often see it at the time, Romans 8:28.

This nightmare has been occurring for many years now and will continue well into the future. It only ends voluntarily at a time of your choosing or involuntarily at the most inconvenient time and you must always prepare yourself for both.

The percentages get even better for you if you aren’t on a performance improvement plan, work in the store or our management. Don’t sweat it, you have an excellent chance that nothing bad will happen to you.
