RIF or VSP benefits?

Traditionally RIFd folks get 1 paycheck for every year they worked. Folks who took VSP got 3 weeks. Would be nice.

Sti is paid out prorated up to 100 % . Also, stock program is paid out in full . Health vision and dental paid for the capped weeks . 35 or 60 weeks . Co pays the health benefit in full . 100% .

Standard vsp is 2 weeks per year capped at 35 weeks .

The 3 week per years capped at 60 weeks was the enhanced vsp offered last year . I took it and retired while I could .

Actually got rif’d.. 2 weeks of pay for each year of service. But capped. However, each Rif can be different caps have been between 35-60 weeks over the years.
