Has anyone heard about getting a Backroom Lead or Backroom Manager? On Walmart One Both Positions have popped up in the Merchandise Training sections but no positions in workday. Maybe something being announced at YBM?

Our sales have slowed down so much that I'm now genuinely starting to get worried. Have any other clubs noticed something similar or is this just us?

Do we still have MITs? If so, what are is the protocol on where that person is trained ? Can they stay at their home club to be trained or become a manger at their home club?

Has anyone had a meeting with their GM about the raises . No one has said a word at my club about these raises since the announcement .

It’s been a week since I lost it and nobody’s found it turned it in. Am I gonna get fired, coached, written up? Can they still punish me more than a week after it happened?

The general increase will be in Nov this year and we won't see another one til 2026. So the pay raise we normally receive is just coming 3 months sooner. Under 1yr = 3%, 1-3yr = 4%, 4-9 = 5%, 10+ = 6%
