10 days feels like too long to be waiting in such uncertainty while it is not close to enough to be prepared to be out. Feel like time has come to leave this company, even if not laid off… it is true mayhem.

The atmosphere is such that I have no motivation to do even the bare minimum. Where to find motivation for work in such a mess? It's difficult if not impossible.

Just curious who makes the determination of who stays and who goes.
