Maybe this applies to just contractors their rate was supposed to be much higher
Are you really comparing sallaries in KRK with US?
Impact on KRK? This is cost savings. KRK and US would make sense because of the larger salaries. It’s about keeping the company going with cost savings. They could wipe out all of KRK or US and as long as they deem the company can still function without they will.
I just wrote these numbers .
300 in Poland would mean 25% of staff. That would be a much bigger impact on KRK than 500 in US.
