Just received the email about rejecting the offer from BCOM, so stupid to reject the offer, that was the only way to avoid more lawsuits and issues with Mav. This is for sure the end of this company. Leave while you can as the exodus already started.

But looks like so many engineers are leaving and project starts falling apart. Is this just me feeling that way?

Does anybody know what happens to unused vacations if layoff or if I leave the Qualcomm? I am just curiosity.
