For 1st review as Sr staff, do these numbers look reasonable: 3.x% raise, approx $23k bonus, 5xx RSUs.

Senior staff 3 grade 16k bonus 600 shares
First review as Sr staff as well. Got a 3 rating, which is basically guaranteed since just promoted last cycle.
3.8%, 18k bonus, 515 rsus

Sounds reasonable.
No one knows if numbers people put on here are real or not, but these numbers are possible for that level.
With a rating 6 or 7, what will be normally percentage for rsu and bonus ?
Why BS? I got $21k as Staff eng. It may not be logical, but what it is nowadays at Q?
$23K for bonus is simply BS
RSU sounds pretty low. I think Staff can expect 800~900 shares a year before the review change with above average rating.
Those are the numbers I got, too. I'm Senior Staff with rating 6.
