The new CEO is basically coming in to cut and slash Verizon into a cheaper bootleg version of its self. No one cares about network quality it’s all the same. Verizon is only going to win if they lower prices not add fees. In order to do that it’s going to require major cuts to its work force. If you are in a nice cushion job getting paid big bucks for doing nothing you will soon be sliced.

Even Verizon itself doesn't care about network quality.
As Dan has said, a complete restructuring is needed. Perks are confusing for customers along with many of the other charges. I say we change it all as Hans did a horrible job.
Looking forward to it! The people left are going to have an even bigger sh-tshow than we’ve seen the past 5 years.
@rg This is where VZ is incompetent. They raise prices for things they perceive as valuable that the public does not.
We're going to only raise pricing if it adds more value for the customer. It always should have been this way.
