Yes, it will be discontinued. However, you keep your unvested RSUs until they vest.
Stock together is a genius program that incentivizes vteam family to share in the success of our hard work. The results speak for themselves! I focused on guilt free vacation, volunteering, and preparing for my red chair photo shoot while we lost market share, sunsetted blue jeans and plus play, and eroded our arpa with prepaid which is the best in the business! Vteamers deserve stock together to continue to share in our industry leading success. Honored and humbled for such great benefits that are well worth the investment of our overlords!
So if they get rid of it, do we still get our unvested RSU's the next few years? Or will they completely wipe out all remaining RSU?
RSU is much better (more $$) than the previous 401k bonus match.
@an ah, thanks as I didn't know that (I was the poster below saying it hadn't been around very long).
I'm in Intl and we obviously didn't get the 401k incentive it replaced so from my perspective it looked like they just turned up one day and threw money at us unprompted :)
RSUs not proposed by VZ. Moving to CPS for payment vehicle for contract bargaining.
Stock together replaced 401k profit share that was around since 2000. If something doesn't replace stock together, they are really sc--wing people.

Stock Together can't be more than 5 years old, I found it gratuitous the way they brought it in so don't really mind it going away as long as my role remains as low effort as it is

Given, plausibly, a reduction, to zero, in the near future whereby employees being recipients to stock grants -- as supplementing annual compensation such as initial startup companies or technology companies.
@a7 yeah you d-mb a-s I’m surmising that 2027 onward there is no more yearly stock together award. It’s going back to how it was several years ago when we never had yearly stock awards. I thought I heard that as well. Dan mentioned it in one of his monologues. He mentioned sooo brief tho an I asked my peer, “yooo is he getting rid of stock together? Because when I compare vzw to other companies for employment I am counting that as income so if that’s going away then we really are getting paid less and less making it more attractive to jump ship” he said he was surprised I thought I heard that as he didn’t get the same message but I definitely did
so- a pay cut
@OP what is your source(s) re., the drop in the VZ share price, very strong possibility? Be clear, and justify and quantify??
