Either via email or snail mail, confirming that you've been laid off? Or was the verbal notification during the 1 on 1 the only one you got so far?

@kr That is an interesting question. Say they vest and you quickly sell them, take the cash and run. Can O claw them back later?
@fs - We might find out on Sept 15. If they haven't clawed the stock back before it vests, can they come after me to demand vested RSUs back? I have a feeling the answer is no. As of 3PM Aug 28, the RSUs were still in my account and showing as vesting on Sep 15th.
@ff Well, the FAQ stipulates it, but is is official?
So we don't know for sure what the package holds until Sept 22, do we?
US here - I got the phone call from my manager, during which access was cut, and later that day I got an email from "exit_us@oracle.com" with a couple of PDFs that were FAQs about the RIF and "job search tips."
That email said "Your separation documents will be sent electronically to your personal email address by 3pm PST on your last day of employment, September 22, 2025."
Getting cut off from all access, including your work laptop, was confirmation.
Woke up to find an email invite (1:1) that was sent at 4am by my boss’s boss. I knew it was the end for me.
Nothing written, just the half hour "meeting" with my Director.
