@f4 is not hard at all. you can put an AI monkey to sign people in and make them wait online even if they specifically say they are only here to drop off a trade in

Sure is true. Getting ready for more indirect take overs as only few have managers and many of those only employ a store manager and MAYBE one assistant

No false, it's hard to run a store with one am and one gm
if they did eliminate an am roll that means a rep would have to step up time to time which means pay increase etc
Unfortunately, I spoke to a person I know in Basking Ridge, and he claims that this rumor is the new one going around headquarters. Doesn't mean that it's true but it's been or being discussed. Also, he did say he's heard about VSPs for employees in retail thats at the top of there pay and do not get yearly raises because they are capped . Again, another rumor. Let's see what pans out because the Asst mgr one seems logical.
