Risk and compliance is so bloated they are tearing at the seams. Don’t even have enough cubes in the assigned offices.
They are the same for most part. Junior g’s who spent their entire 25+ year career butkissig to get there. Never worked anywhere else and have low IQ.
you mean executive directors or managing directors or aging directors?
Payout all those golden parachutes?
Getting rid of all the directors that don't direct anyone would be good step 1.
