I'm curious what type of communication was sent to employees about the exit and new CEO. Hopefully they have an all hands and give reassurance.

In FIG i guess its because I'm a actual worker not a higher level we found out when Mike's picture was gone on Fuel someone noticed mid morning. No a word or anything from our management line. So in my opinion the whole management line needs to go. Why would you not have a few minute call with your staff. How do customers get informed before employees. Tells you where we all stand and whats wrong with our leadership lines.
FIG product side did have a short all hands which was quite reassuring. Basically just said business as usual and did a FAQ. For once i felt like the all hands was unscripted not perfectly rehearsed but felt natural. Can we do more or such spontaneous meetings where people feel comfortable to speak up.
I'm in FIG and there was definitely no follow-up call. Just an email and an updated picture on FUEL. My manager didn't even acknowledge the transition - quite bizarre really.
All staff received an email. FIG had a follow-up call same day. FAQs for talking to clients were sent.
@bk they sent it to clients in the US
fk everyone else
I was told it was an email just like any other email they received. It was just mundane. And shocking. And zero follow up thus far.
There was a message from Takis, a leader call and Faqs and they posted the pr to the itraweb. Believe they sent a email to clients too
Fissurve once again failed to communicate any of this properly, instead letting employees worry about the future of their paychecks. Phk this place.
It was lame
lol
You’re hilarious to think they communicated this to us.
Nothing that was stated publicly. We are in the dark as well. As always.
If you worked at fiserv you would be across this
