Im not able to take the VSP because Centene lost the CMS contract in Florida. I was hoping to get it and have a leave before I start with the new company in August.

I decided to apply for it. The offer isn’t great, but it’s something. I really think much of this industry will cease to exist within 2-3 years. AI, offshoring, and a reduction in those insured through the ACA and Medicaid are going to decimate these jobs.
I would have said yes if it was 1 year severance
