I had 5 RSUs scheduled to vest today. When I checked my account there are no pending transactions and now the next transaction is scheduled for March of next year. Is this happening for anyone else?

@1aa Not bad.
You very subtly combined CN and the magic numbers. Had you also used „do the needful“ somewhere, it would have been perfect, because this would also cover the fake Indian troll.
There was a topic brought up here before stating that we may no longer receive stock options. So I'm not surprised that the topic was brought up.
I had the same issue. I was supposed to get several RSUs and there were no pending transactions. I emailed charles.norris67@sap.com and he confirmed that they would show the following day.
I'll figure this point out later. For now there are only 2.
@ny I can confirm that. Six seven solves any issue at SAP.
Did you try six seven?
It always works for me.
@fh been with SAP long enough to know that HR will answer such question without a problem
@ba The clue is literally in the name of the page — asking anything not related to layoffs is like bringing a pineapple pizza to a board meeting. It just creates unnecessary noise and buries the important stuff further down.
@aw You must be new. Please get back to us after you've dealt with HR a few times and you'll be able to answer your own question.
I usually sell all and they just sort of disappear for a day or two and then you will see a transaction indicating the sale. But yes for a few days it looks like they disappear.
@aw What's the point of such answer ?
It's either you can help then give your advice
Or you don't have the answer then just keep quiet.
I cannot remember exactly, but I think it is around the 19th of the month that they show-up in your account. There are “sell to cover” actions which occur in the days between vesting and availability. These are spread out over several days so it does not impact share price. So yeah, you won’t be able to sell until around the 19th if you wanted to go that route.
@OP you think this is the best place to ask such questions? HR tickets are for a reason.
RSUs take a few days to best and show up in Equateplus. Give it a few days. I’ve never had any issues.
The only other thing I can think of is that you chose to have it paid out or have it paid to your pension. In those cases, sometimes the RSUs show in the app but are paid to the appropriate account. If you chose to have them paid out, you’ll receive them in January’s salary.
