@ew Thanks. Are those four weeks on top of the government statutory 2 weeks per year? And is PILON a fixed amount or relative to how much holiday you have left for that year?
@aq You get two weeks to review the separation agreement, then you exit one month later.

@cs is that two capped statutory plus two full salary weeks, or four full dell salary weeks on top of statutory meaning six weeks per year?
