@b2 GK forgets that her oh so important bottom line and her stock price requires people in the trenches that are motivated and that care.
She wants innovation and productivity. Her leadership style does NOT inspire it. A checked out workforce and leading with an iron fist doesn't get her what she wants. This whole thing just reeks of her throwing a tantrum.

@ay Exactly how I took it. Retaliation towards all of the employees. My hopes are high that someone will push her off that high horse.
@an sounds like there's BIG retaliation for those survey scores incoming. 5 days a week and assigned seating will be next. There are comments about it in another thread.

@aw The other quotes felt weird. "I hope you will be treated unfairly"? "The value of justice"? What the he-l was that about? Seems like someone feels victimized and is exercising retaliation from her ivory tower.
I have a hard time taking someone seriously when they quote Oprah.
This training should be mandatory for all L4 and L5 leaders, including cloud leadership (A.C) and their direct reports. Both levels require mandate cleaning.

CEO has read the survey results and the Board of Directors are concerned,possibly embarrassed, turn the page, new chapter, change channels, hit the restart/reset button? There are no do overs in the American financial system, certainky not at this level.
