Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Mike Lyons - when will you begin to lead???

What are waiting for and why are you so passive? Shareholders have been wiped out and you seem like all is fine. Not it is not! There is one scoreboard for a public company and you are losing. You will be out of a job at some point unless you take decisive action. This company need to be broken up into to pieces (Merchant and FI). Your team is not capable of dealing with the size and complexity as it is comprised today.

That town hall was weird. Too much focus on the business and not enough on what they are doing to improve employee morale.

@f8 worst of all, arrogant and incompetent. She has no idea what to do about revenue. Riding AI buzz and sending work to India

Thought Gibbons was bad until Divya came in. She is truly the WORST of all time!

The people that deeply cared and wanted to make a difference at Fiserv, left because of all the reasons this board talks about. Mike is now left with people in FIG going through the motions to make the next pay cycle or hide under a management change. Ex - DW just trying to hide for 2-3 years to retirement. Its super sad but true.

Divya has made FIG so top heavy with jokers that have no clue how to even spell Fiserv! The segments are laughable.

Just sell your shares for a loss now and invest in a company that will grow over time. Either that or keep buying in. Eventually the Dollar Cost Average will be low enough that you can exit without the share price recovering to your original purchase price.

Seriously OP what do you really expect them to do? It’s like turning the Titanic to avoid the iceberg. It’s going to be SLOW change for a company this size. The amount of rot that FB and the previous MC let fester for years is not magically going to improve overnight. You know how many clients have left? And how hard it’s going to be to bring any new clients back into the fold as Fiserv’s reputation has been badly damaged and tarnished?

Is Mike just a quiet guy, introvert or something? He seems to be just a guy who works in the background without much presence.

The lack of leadership is stunning. I also can’t believe how top heavy they are making the company by bringing in all these new “leaders”.

Amen. Just a reminder for the nonconverted: you can think Frank was a tyrant AND that the current leadership is entirely lacking. They are not mutually exclusive.

Entire company going up in smoke. Absolutely no direction. Throwing away products and recreating them from scratch for no reason, etc... not a good plan.
