When is the next layoff?

I want to stay one more year but I don’t think I can do it. I can’t stand this place anymore where it’s ki-ling my soul slowly.

You’re not alone. Millennials are exiting the company at unprecedented rates, boomers are retiring early, and nobody outside (other than the most desperate undesirables) is joining the company. 5-day RTO has ki-led culture, morale, and motivation. This will be a slow burn to the bottom and eventual failure, just in time for stink to exit with his golden parachute as a final F-U to all.
