After your termination date any remaining stock is accelerated for you to cash out. But you do have to wait 60 days before it is available to trade. With the direction the price is going, it’s not going to be worth much.

@113 Now almost less than last ESPP purchase.
We. Won’t. Stop.
@113 time to buy on the dip, sh*t.
WTF happened today..It looks like it is going below 180
Keep in mind any blackout period. Even if you aren't still employed, you may have to abide by it. Unfortunately Wall St knows that Srinia, aka The Mad Indian, has no clue how to run a business so the stock continues to get pummeled since he started pretending to run the company. It will probably trade in the pink sheets some day.
Not all remaining stock is accelerated, see the details for your L level in Magenta Pulse and/or speak to your HR reps.
Is giving away RSU diluting the stock value?
@aj it vests the actual day of termination but it isn’t released for trade until 60 days afterwards. I spoke with Fidelity because I was trying to get my funds and that’s when I learned T-Mobile had a 60-day restriction.
@am Yes. As soon as hits your Fidelity account and you can sell the shares. Put them into something more reliable than holding on and hoping for the best with TMUS.
@ah you mean as soon as it vests?
@OP You do not have to wait 60 days. I believe it vests the day after you sign your package (which you can on your last day of employement), and then takes about a week to settle. If you are talking 60 days from the notification - that depends on how long the garden leave is.
@OP everyone should be selling any stock as soon as they receive it.
