At least not that I know of. If the whole ploy of being forced back into the offices to thin out the workforce (we all know that's the real reason) doesn't work out, are we looking at another major round sometime soon? How long are they going to wait to see if their plan is working?

A lot of people are gone but a lot of them also had no say so after they trained their offshore replacement. There are more bots being built as well so more people will be gone and some of those will wish they had the option to work in office over being left go without a job in a market where everyone is losing their jobs to bots, AI and offshore employees. It's sad that corporate companies are so greedy that can't see how it hurts everyone in the long run.
Not sure what dept you're in but I have seen excellent talent walk out the door. finding replacements is proving to be very difficult. then there is the training part when we do find someone. rto has made the job miserable in every shape and form.
Many good ppl have left tech. It’s a critical time right now too.
I think, unfortunately, market is bad. Otherwise alot more would be gone. As a whole, maybe alot left we dont know

I’m not sure what building you’re in, but I’m in the technology tower and I can tell you that a lot of people have left.

people can’t even leave if they want to because the market is so trash.
